Care After Laser Eye Surgery

Once this surgery has been performed, a patient just needs to take certain precautions so that the recovery is fast and the operation is successful.
Immediately after the surgery the patient should not to rub his or her eyes with their hand or touch them with any other object. One should take complete rest and cover the eye with an eye patch. Usually, doctors advise using lubricant eye drops so that the eyes do not get dry.
One can go about ones routine work at home or office only when advised by the doctor.
