Mr David Jory

Mr Jory is a specialist eye surgeon and has been a qualified doctor for 17 years. He was awarded a Fellowship of the prestigious Royal College of Ophthalmologists in 1997 and has enjoyed a distinguished career at some of the most respected institutions in the world. He has held posts at Moorfields Eye Hospital, the oldest and one of the largest centres for ophthalmic treatment, teaching and research in the world, St Thomas, one of London's most respected teaching hospitals and Oxford University, arguably the most respected academic institution in the world. Mr Jory ensures other surgeons gain the benefit of his immense experience and skill. He has written and presented numerous scientific papers across the world including at the world's most authoritative scientific conferences.

He has immense experience in eye treatments and has performed more than 7,000 refractive surgery procedures. He is also a true specialist in the treatment for reading glasses known as Ultra-CK. No other surgeon in the UK has more experience of this highly successful technique than Mr Jory, ensuring Ultralase patients gain the benefit from this immense experience.
