FAQ - Waiting / Decision making

Is there a waiting list for consultations?

We always do our best to fit you in as soon as possible at one of our vision correction clinics at a time and date to suit you.

We aim to offer you a consultation within a week of you contacting us, however sometimes we are busier than usual.

How long after the consultation can I have treatment?

You could have your treatment from 48 hours after your eye surgery consultation. The reason for this is that we believe you need time to digest all the information you will receive at your consultation to make an informed decision about your treatment.

When can I get it done?

Once you make the decision to go ahead with treatment, we can look for a treatment date and time that will suit you.

How should I decide if vision correction is right for me?

We believe that you should be able to make a decision about vision correction, based upon all the facts, without any obligation or cost, which is why we offer a free initial consultation to all of our patients.

At your consultation, you can find out all about vision correction; which treatment you are suitable for, the likely result you’ll achieve, any risks associated with this treatment and how we can make it affordable for you. It’s also your opportunity to find answers to any questions you may have.

How should I choose a provider for my vision correction?

Of all the decision you’ll make regarding your eye treatment, choosing who will perform it may feel like the hardest. It’s completely understandable that you’d like to put some thought into which provider you have you treatment with and we suggest visiting or being in touch with at least 2 providers.
