Customer Care Coordinators - Receptionists
Our reputation for customer service is unrivalled; as a Customer Care Coordinator - Receptionist you will build on it as you will monitor patient satisfaction levels. This role is a key part of the patient journey and requires very high personal standards to deliver a quality of service.
You will be the face of the patient visit, you will meet and greet patients when they first arrive at the clinic and we need a great relationship builder who is ready to go the extra mile for every patient.
