This offer is open to UK residents who visit www.ultralase.com and enter their name, address and contact information.
- The Ultralase Prize Draw takes place on the first Friday of each month for the previous month.
- One winner is drawn per calendar month (1st to 28th/29th/30th/31st as applicable).
- The winner is entitled to free laser eye surgery, worth up to £3,990 (£1,995 per eye).
- Treatment is subject to a free, no-obligation consultation at which suitability for laser eye surgery is assessed and the most appropriate vision correction treatment type recommended.
- Even though Ultralase has such a wide range of vision correction treatments, please note that around 10% of those attending consultations are deemed unsuitable for treatment.
- This prize is not transferable under any circumstances, even if the prize winner is not deemed suitable for vision correction treatment.
- The surgeon's decision as to whether or not to proceed is final.
- There is no cash alternative.
- Those who have already had vision correction treatment will not be entered into the draw.
- Open only to UK and Republic of Ireland residents.
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- Winners will be notified by telephone and / or post on the first Friday of every month.
- Limited to one entry per person.
