Laser Eye Surgery Maidstone
Are you from Maidstone or the surrounding area? Take a look below for more information.
Located right near The Mall Maidstone, our staff in our Maidstone clinic will put you at ease to discuss what option would be best for you at your consultation.
LASIK treatment is where... we will create a small flap on the surface of your eye with the first laser. The flap is lifted so that we can correct your prescription with a second laser. The flap is placed down, and recovery is minimal for this procedure.
LASEK treatment is where... we administer anaesthetic drops on your eye in order to soften the cells. These cells are moved aside and the laser is applied to correct your prescription, after which we move the cells back to their original position. We then apply a protective contact lens on your eye and recovery for is around 3-5 days.
We are no longer able to assist walk-in visits as we are limiting the number of patients at our facilities to observe social distancing measures.
